I move:
That provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution for the charging in accordance with the Act of a contribution from an energy supplier under an energy efficiency notice which the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources shall pay into a fund to be known as the Energy Efficiency Fund, the money in which fund upon its winding-up shall be disposed of by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in such manner as the Minister considers appropriate.
