Microenterprise Loan Fund Bill 2012: Order for Second Stage

Bill entitled an Act to facilitate the lending of money to microenterprises; for that purpose to make provision for a fund to be known as the microenterprise loan fund; to provide for the formation of a company to manage that fund; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
