I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following regulations in draft:
Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2015,
copies of which has been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 28 October 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 24 November 2015, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
