I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft: Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2016, copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 20th January, 2016, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(4)(j), which, not later than 28th January, 2016, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
