Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Aindrias Moynihan and Brendan Griffin - prioritising the N22 Macroom bypass and the need to prioritise the N22 Ballyvourney to Macroom road in the 2016-2021 capital investment plan; (2) Deputy Peter Burke - the closure of Cullion fish farm at Lough Owel; (3) Deputy Mary Butler - the provision of supports for children with autism in the south east; (4) Deputy Lisa Chambers - the publication of the Defence Forces climate survey; (5) Deputy Niamh Smyth - the need to review the post-primary school transport scheme in Cavan-Monaghan; (6) Deputy Thomas Pringle - special educational needs grants for children with disabilities attending mainstream preschool education; (7) Deputy Pat Deering - school bus services in south County Carlow; (8) Deputy Marc MacSharry - difficulties with the provision of core services in Sligo County Council; (9) Deputy Martin Kenny - concerns about the provision of occupational, speech and language therapists in the north west; (10) Deputy Brian Stanley - limits on rent supplement; (11) Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - the closure of Boot Road dental clinic in Dublin 22; (12) Deputies Declan Breathnach and Gerry Adams - efforts being made to prevent possible job losses at eBay in Dundalk; (13) Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - Seirbhís aeir chuig na hOileáin Árann tar éis 30/9/19; (14) Deputy Brendan Smith - approval of funding towards essential repairs at a primary school in County Monaghan; (15) Deputy Mick Barry - the Low Pay Commission recommendation to increase the minimum wage; (16) Deputy Clare Daly - the eviction of families from Lynam's hotel on O'Connell Street; (17) Deputy Imelda Munster - difficulties with respite services at St. Mary's, Drumcar; (18) Deputy Eamon Ryan - the retention of 5,000 acres of land above the Glenasmole reservoir for use as a park; (19) Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin - concerns about the management of the materials recovery facility and civic waste facility at Letterbane, Annyalla, Castleblayney, County Monaghan, known locally as the Scotch Corner recycling facility; (20) Deputy Ruth Coppinger - concerns surrounding a site at Anne Street in Wexford and allegations of irregularities over a 20-year period from 1983; (21) Deputy Mick Wallace - the Strategic Investment Fund and the fossil fuel industry; (22) Deputy Mattie McGrath - construction of the new national children's hospital; and (23) Deputy Dara Calleary - the closure of Charles River Laboratories at Glenamoy, County Mayo.

The matters raised by Deputies Aindrias Moynihan and Brendan Griffin, Peter Burke, Declan Breathnach and Gerry Adams, and Eamon Ryan have been selected for discussion.
