Before proceeding to the next question, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of the Dáil to offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome to His Excellency, Mr. Igor Crnadak, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. I express the hope that he will find his visit here enjoyable, successful and to our mutual benefit. He is focusing on his country's future membership of the European Union. We wish him well in that regard.
