Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 29A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy John Curran - traffic congestion in Dublin; (2) Deputy Thomas Pringle - to address the retirement of a consultant in County Donegal and the consultant's replacement; (3) Deputies Éamon Ó Cuív, Mattie McGrath, Martin Ferris and Bríd Smith - closures throughout the post office network; (4) Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - funding to the Moat Club, Naas, County Kildare; (5) Deputy Noel Rock - the extension of Gaelscoil Cholmcille, Oscar Traynor Road; (6) Deputy Brendan Griffin - the need for progress on CF drugs Orkambi and Kalydco; (7) Deputy Josepha Madigan - to address the delayed report into the re-opening of six Garda stations; (8) Deputy Niamh Smyth - the CLÁR programme 2017 and the roads improvement scheme; (9) Deputy Kathleen Funchion - removal of the Clonmel to Dublin bus service; (10) Deputy Joan Burton - the implementation of the Cush report; (11) Deputy Frank O'Rourke - removal of the traffic unit in Leixlip and Garda resources in Kildare North; (12) Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin - employee concerns at the Bord na Móna plant in Kilberry; (13) Deputy Pat Buckley - mental health services for new and expecting mothers; (14) Deputy Mick Barry - to address the finances of An Post; (15) Deputy Aindrias Moynihan - the naming of the N40 Bóthar Cumann na mBan as agreed by both Cork councils; (16) Deputy Michael Moynihan - to provide an update on plans to allow cannabis for medicinal use; (17) Deputy John Brady - to address hazardous waste at the old Bray municipal landfill; (18) Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett - the lack of surgical orthodontistry at Loughlinstown Hospital; (19) Deputy Thomas Byrne - to address the need for greater community and sports facilities across the country in the interests of planning; (20) Deputy Charlie McConalogue - to discuss the delay in 2016 GLAS and AEOS payments due to farmers; (21) Deputy Imelda Munster - collated data of council owned land banks zoned for housing; and (22) Deputy Mick Wallace - to discuss the suspension of all activities by NAMA.

The matters raised by Deputies John Curran; Éamon Ó Cuív, Mattie McGrath, Martin Ferris and Bríd Smith; and Joan Burton have been selected for discussion.
