The Select Committee on Justice and Equality has completed its consideration of the Civil Law (Presumption of Death) Bill 2016, and has made amendments thereto. The select committee has also completed its consideration of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Recognition of Probation Judgments and Decisions) Bill 2018, and has made amendments thereto.
