The Standing Business Committee has completed its consideration under Standing Order 27AC of the request by the Minister for Health to waive the requirement to give the general scheme of a Bill to establish an independent statutory tribunal to deal with the issue of liability in CervicalCheck cases, in particular in respect of the reading of smears, to the relevant committee under Standing Order 84A, and has agreed thereto.
