I move:
THAT Chapter 2 of Part 29 of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), as amended by Committee Stage amendments 25, 26, 27 and 28, which contains provisions for allowances and credits for scientific and certain other research, be amended in the manner and to the extent specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution.
