I wish on my behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a delegation from the Californian State Senate led by Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson and comprising Senators Ben Allen, Andreas Borgeas, Steven Glazer and various officials. Our distinguished visitors are here for a short visit that will include meetings with the Oireachtas committees on climate change and justice. I had the personal pleasure of having a brief discussion with them earlier.
