Ábhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla - Topical Issue Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 29A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Peadar Tóibín - to discuss the rail and public transport crisis in Meath; (2) Deputy Robert Troy - to discuss the provision of facilities for an MRI scanner for the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar; (3) Deputy Malcolm Byrne - to address the problem of overcrowding on trains on the Rosslare rail line at peak times; (4) Deputy Mary Butler - to discuss the current situation regarding the services at the stoma clinic in University Hospital Waterford; (5) Deputy Michael Moynihan - to discuss the progress of the new primary school in Kanturk, County Cork; (6) Deputies Gino Kenny, Thomas P. Broughan, Ruth Coppinger, Marcella Corcoran Kennedy and Mattie McGrath - to discuss improvements in the diagnosis and the treatment of endometriosis; (7) Deputy Frank O'Rourke - to discuss the advancement of housing development at Hazelhatch, Celbridge, County Kildare; (8) Deputies Seán Crowe and Richard Boyd Barrett - to discuss the rising insurance costs for small businesses, community centres and childcare providers; (9) Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin - to address the lack of second-level places in Newbridge and Kildare town, County Kildare; (10) Deputies Declan Breathnach and Brendan Smith - to discuss the need to ring-fence funding for the Narrow Water bridge project and the upgrade of the A5; (11) Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the need for additional community psychiatry and psychology care for Carrigaline primary care centre, and Cork in general; (12) Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to address the contingency plans put in place to deal with the highest overcrowding levels recorded in University Hospital Limerick; (13) Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the lack of broadband services in Cobh, County Cork.

The matters raised by Deputies Gino Kenny, Thomas P. Broughan, Ruth Coppinger, Marcella Corcoran Kennedy and Mattie McGrath; Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire; Deputies Declan Breathnach and Brendan Smith; and Deputy Frank O'Rourke have been selected for discussion.
