I propose, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that No. 8b, motion re the Third Report of the Committee of Selection, shall be taken now without debate and any division demanded thereon shall be taken immediately, and Topical Issues shall take place on the conclusion of the sanitisation sos following the Brexit update statements.
