The Standing Business Committee has completed its consideration under Standing Order 30 of the request by the Minister of State at the Department of Health with special responsibility for mental health and older people to waive the requirement for pre-legislative scrutiny, under Standing Order 173, on the general scheme and the draft heads of the Nursing Homes Support Scheme (Amendment) Bill 2019 and has agreed thereto.
The Standing Business Committee has also completed its consideration under Standing Order 30 of the request by the Minister for Health to waive the requirement for pre-legislative scrutiny, under Standing Order 173, on the general scheme and the draft heads of the Human Tissue (Transplantation, Post-Mortem, Anatomical Examination and Public Display) Bill and has agreed thereto.
