National Marine Planning Framework: Motion (Resumed)

The following motion was moved by the Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Deputy Peter Burke, on Thursday, 29 April 2021:
That Dáil Éireann approves the draft National Marine Planning Framework, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 24th March, 2021.

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the National Marine Planning Framework. On Thursday, 29 April 2021, on the question that the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
