I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in the Order of the Dáil of 29th June, 2021, the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves:
(i) the report by the Minister for Defence regarding service by the Defence Forces with the United Nations in 2020, and
(ii) the report by the Minister for Defence regarding service by the Defence Forces with the United Nations in 2021,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 21st June, 2021 and 30th March, 2022 respectively, in accordance with Section 13, of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2006, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence, in accordance with Standing Order 95(1)(a), which, not later than 5th July, 2022, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 101, and Standing Order 100(2) shall accordingly apply.
