I move:
That, pursuant to Standing Order 187, it be an instruction to the Dáil in Committee on the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No.2) Bill 2022 that it has power to make amendments to the Bill which are outside the scope of the existing provisions of the Bill, in order to provide for a free contraception scheme for women aged 17-25 who are ordinarily resident in the State; the proposed amendments will seek to amend the Health Act 1970, with consequential amendments to the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013.
