I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders—
(a) Questions to be answered on the second occasion in the summer recess pursuant to Standing Order 52 shall reach the Clerk not later than 11 a.m. on Monday, 5th September, 2022; and
(b) the first oral Parliamentary Questions taken on the resumption of the Dáil following the summer recess pursuant to Standing Order 46(1) shall be questions to the Minister for Rural and Community Development, whereupon the sequence established by the Order of 30th July, 2020, shall continue with Questions to the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
