I congratulate Ms O'Farrell.
I was told when we started that Ms Michelle Grant was only filling in temporarily. It is not that we had a row.
I propose we write a note of thanks to Ms Grant for her support.
She has not gone away. She was just filling in because Ms Briody retired.
She did a good job.
Ms Grant will still be keeping a watchful eye on us to make sure we are doing things right.
