The next item on the agenda is the scrutiny of EU legislative proposals.
Schedule A is COM (2018) 613, a proposal for a Council regulation and amending regulation EU 218 of 120 regarding fishing opportunities for European seabass. It is proposed that this proposal warrants no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
Schedule B is COM (2018) 577, a proposal for regulation of European Parliament and the Council laying down conservation and control measures applicable in a regulatory area of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization and repealing Council Regulation EC No. 2115 of 2005 and Council Regulation EC No. 1386 of 2007. COM (2018) 608 is a proposal for a Council regulation fixing for 2019 the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fist stocks applicable in the Baltic Sea. It is proposed that the proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
