It is proposed that the meeting will proceed as follows. Session A is an engagement with Mr. Paul Holden, chairman designate of the Digital Hub Development Agency. In session B, Mr. Michael O'Keeffe, chief executive of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, BAI, will account to the committee for the performance of its functions.
