There is one schedule B proposal for decision, namely, COM (2015) 409, which relates to a Council regulation amending regulation EC 850/2004 of the European Parliament on persistent organic pollutants as regards Annexe 1 text with EEA relevance. It is proposed that COM (2015) 409 warrants no further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
