No. 8 on the agenda is the recording of decisions taken at the Sub-Committee on European Scrutiny - Finance and Expenditure on Thursday, 7 November. This is purely technical as the joint committee wishes to record the recommendations agreed to at the meeting. The following recommendations were proposed to the joint committee. On Schedule A, it was recommended that COM (2013) 520 warranted further scrutiny - will be carried out later today; that COM (2013) 450 did not warrant further scrutiny; while COM (2013) 679 was noted for adoption. On Schedule B, it was recommended that COM (2013) 213 and COM (2013) 293 did not warrant further scrutiny. Are the recommendations of the sub-committee agreed to? Agreed.
