I apologise for the time we had to take in private session. We had some serious business to discuss but had hoped to finish sooner. I remind members and people in the public Gallery to ensure their mobile and BlackBerry phones are switched off for the duration of the meeting as they cause interference, even on silent mode, with the recording equipment in committee rooms.
