There are two items of committee business to be addressed before I call on the Minister for Health to present to the committee. First is the draft minutes on the scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. Can I take it that the minutes of our last public and private meetings of Tuesday, 23 February 2021, and the actions of our earlier private meeting, are agreed? Agreed. The committee also considered three schedule B EU legislative proposals, namely, COM (2020) 659, COM (2020) 814 and COM (2020) 849, and agreed that they did not require further scrutiny and there were also no subsidiary concerns with the proposals. Is that agreed? Agreed.
