Apologies have been received from Deputy Fergus O'Dowd and Senator Jennifer Murnane O'Connor. Senator Diarmuid Wilson will substitute for Senator Murnane O'Connor.

I propose that we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
