We are now in public session. No. 7 is the scrutiny of EU proposals. There are three schedule B proposals for decision. COM (2015) 356 is a proposal for a Council decision establishing the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Council for Trade in Services of the World Trade Organisation, WTO, on the acceptance of preferences notified by WTO members as regards services and service suppliers of least developed country other than those described in Article XVI of the General Agreement on Trade in Services, GATS. COM (2015) 369 is a recommendation for a Council decision authorising the Commission, upon certain conditions, to open negotiations under Article XXIV:6 and/or Article XXVIII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, GATT, 1994 with WTO members which are relevant for the purposes of post-April 2015 submissions modifying tariff concessions. COM (2015) 426 is a proposal for a Council decision establishing the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union within the Council for TRIPS and the General Council of the World Trade Organisation as regards the request from least developed country members for an extension of the transitional period under Article 66(1) of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights concerning certain obligations in respect of pharmaceutical products and for a waiver from the obligations under Article 70(8) and (9) of that agreement. It is proposed that the proposals listed in schedule B do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
