Messages to Dáil and Seanad.

In accordance with Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has considered the motion in respect of the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and the Council establishing for the period 2007 to 2013 the specific programme Civil Justice as part of the general programme Fundamental Rights and Justice.

In accordance with Standing Order 67, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:

The Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has considered the motion in respect of the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and the Council establishing for the period 2007 to 2013 the specific programme Civil Justice as part of the general programme Fundamental Rights and Justice.

The joint committee went into private session at 3.30 p.m. and adjourned at 3.35 p.m. sine die.
