We have one item of committee business to be addressed before I call our witnesses to present. Can I take it that the draft minutes of our last public and private committee meetings of 23 March are formally agreed and that there are no matters arising? Is that agreed? Agreed.
Before we get into our discussion and debate, I want to pay tribute to an important and special lady in our committee. Members will all know Pauline O'Neill, who is sadly leaving us today. I have worked with Pauline in the previous Dáil and in this Dáil. She is a lady and we will be lost without her in this committee in how she keeps the technical aspect and other aspects of the committee going. She is leaving us today to go to another section of the House, namely, the Debates Office. It will be very lucky to get her and we are very sad to lose her. I congratulate her and wish her the best of luck on her move. We hope we will still see her around Leinster House.
