Item D (1) on the agenda relating to insurance contracts is a very complex and subtle matter and I propose that the matter be adjourned as I have established that the time element permits a more careful consideration of something the adjustment of which will have quite far-reaching effects on the consumer insurance services, so I am not prepared to send forward a draft report. I hope that is agreeable to the Committee.
