The second matter on the Orders of the Day is the Dyestuffs (Import Regulation) Repeal Bill introduced yesterday. Having regard to the brevity of that Bill, and the apparent substantial agreement about it in all parts of the Seanad, perhaps, the Seanad would now consent to the Bill being passed through its different Stages.
