I wish to give notice that on the adjournment I desire to draw attention to a matter of public importance, that is, to the visit of Mr. Justice Feetham and to the delay in the setting up of the Boundary Commission due to the reference by the British Government to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, of certain matters connected with the Irish Treaty of 1921.

Yes, but I understood it was not necessary that the motion should be urgent, under the new Standing Orders.

It is. The Standing Orders still require it to be urgent.
If there is any doubt as to urgency of the matter, I would suggest it is urgent.

I am not suggesting that it is not, but you did not mention it was. The matter is one that comes within our Standing Orders, and you will have an opportunity of raising it on the adjournment.
