APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE ON PROCEDURE.

I move: "That the Committee on Procedure be appointed pursuant to Standing Order 111, and that the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection."

The usual method, of course, is for the Committee of Selection to meet and to appoint such a Committee.
