I have received a Report from the Examiner of Private Bills stating that in the case of the petition for additional provision in the Dublin Port and Docks (Bridge) Bill, 1927, the Standing Orders have not been complied with.
It appears that the notices were not given and the deposits made on or before the dates prescribed by the Standing Orders. Therefore, the Bill is premature, and automatically an order will be made that the Report be referred to the Joint Committee on Standing Orders.
Ordered accordingly.
