I move that discussion of the Bill be postponed for the attendance of the Minister. I dare say he is waiting until Question time is over in the other House.

I presume the Minister referred to in connection with this Bill is the Minister for Local Government and Public Health. As the Second Reading of the Local Government (Dublin) Bill will be taken in the other House to-day, quite obviously he will be unable to be present here.
