Election of Leas-Chathaoirleach.

I move: "That Senator M.F. O'Hanlon be elected as Leas-Chathaoirleach."

I move: "That Senator Michael Comyn, K.C., be elected as Leas-Chathaoirleach."

As two candidates have been proposed for the position of Leas-Chathaoirleach, a vote will be taken in the ordinary way.

The Seanad divided, the voting being:—For Senator Comyn, 26; For Senator O'Hanlon, 25.
