There is a report from the Examiner of Private Bills that, in the case of the Architects (Registration) Bill, 1941, the Standing Orders relevant to Private Business are applicable and have not been complied with. The report will now be referred to the Joint Committee on Standing Orders. The Second Stage must necessarialy be postponed until, it is suggested, the first sitting of the Seanad after Christmas. Will that date suit the Senators interested?
