I have received notice from Senator McHugh that on the motion for the adjournment of the House to-night, he proposes to raise the question on the following matter:—
"To call the attention of An Taoiseach and of the Minister for External Affairs to the fact that Ireland, although a member of the United Nations Organisation, has not yet contributed a contingent to the United Nations Emergency Force at present charged with the task of restoring peace and order in the Middle East."
I am accepting that notice and the matter will be taken from 9.30 to 10 p.m., or earlier if the business for the day concludes.
