Tuairiscíonn an Chomhchoiste um Buan-Orduithe go molann sé, i gcás an iarratais ar chead chun an Bille um Institiúid Innealtóirí Sibhialta na hÉireann (Cairt a Leasú), 1959, a thabhairt isteach, go mba cheart déanamh d'éagmais Buan-Orduithe 6 agus 7 a chomhlíonadh ar an gcoinníoll go ndéanfar na fograí a fhorordaítear leis na Buan Orduithe sin, maille le modhnuithe iomchuí, a fhoilsiú an 30 ú lá d'Aibreán, 1959, nó roimhe sin agus go dtabharfar cruthúnas do Scrúdóir na mBillí Príobháideacha go ndearnadh an foilsiú sin.
The Joint Committee on Standing Orders reports that in the case of the application for leave to introduce the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1959, it recommends that Standing Orders 6 and 7 ought to be dispensed with on condition that the notices prescribed by these Standing Orders, with appropriate modifications, shall be published on or before the 30th day of April, 1959, and subject to proof being given before the Examiner of Private Bills of such publications.
