I move:
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Harbour (Bridge) Bill, 1963, being a Bill entitled an Act to limit the duties and liabilities of the Limerick Harbour Commissioners in relation to an existing bridge over the River Shannon and to provide for compensation in certain circumstances.
