It is proposed to take Business, as set out on the Order Paper, in the following order: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 4 and 6. In order to complete the business, it is proposed to adjourn not later than 11 p.m. In view of the fact that all Parties have approved the proposals in these measures, I hope the House will agree to give all Stages today. For the information of Senators, I might add that it is my hope that the Seanad will be able to begin its Summer Recess not later than 1st August.

Does the Senator not think he is a bit optimistic when he talks about 1st August in those circumstances?
