Is it agreed to take No. 3, Immature Spirits (Restriction) Bill, 1972, today, earlier than the three days provided in the Standing Orders.
Again, as was said yesterday, in the peculiar circumstances of the bombardment of this House by Bills from the other House we are prepared to accept this, but again protesting about the bad management of Government business in another place.
