Vagrancy (Repeal) Bill, 1984: First Stage.

I will be scrupulously orderly this afternoon. May I first of all express my regret to both the Cathaoirleach and the Leader of the House for last week's incident? I was a bit carried away by the course of events.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to repeal certain provisions of the Vagrancy Act, 1824.
