Is it the intention of the Government to take the Bill for the abolition of capital punishment during their lifetime? I am asking this for the 25th time. I am not asking the Leader of the House to give us a prediction on the lifetime of the Government but I am asking him whether it is their intention to abolish capital punishment during their term of office or whether a Bill to do so is being put on the long finger again.
