I have notice from Senator Mark Killilea that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture to ensure that the vesting of the McHale Estate in County Galway takes place as a matter of extreme urgency as the families of the landowners are unable to complete extra family houses on the estate which are at a very advanced stage structurally.
I also received notice from Senator Brendan Ryan of the following matter:
The delay by the Department of Health in extending the provision of Circular 6/85, dealing with the discharge of homeless persons from hospital; to cover the discharge of such persons from general hospitals.
I regard both matters as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Killilea's motion for today's Adjournment and it will be taken from 8 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Senator Brendan Ryan may give notice for another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
