On a point of order, the Minister has been inadvertently out of order for the past eight minutes since the House decided to interrupt business at 1 o'clock to take item No. 3. We will carry out the spirit of our order this morning and we will devote 60 minutes to item No. 3. I propose that business be now interrupted to take No. 3 from now until 2.10 p.m.
