I have notice from Senator Joe Costello that on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Social Welfare to make special provision for grants and subsidies to prevent hardship to people in the North inner city who will find it impossible to implement the new regulations regarding the use of smokeless fuels in the autumn because of their inadequate means.
I regard the matter raised by Senator Costello as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of Business.
