I announce that on 13 December 1994 the Taoiseach nominated: Michael Mulcahy and Edward Haughey with their prior consent, to fill the casual vacancies in the number of nominated Members of Seanad Éireann caused by the resignations of Brian Hillery and Brian Crowley.
I welcome them to the House and congratulate them on their appointment.
