The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry to address the problem of wandering horses in urban areas.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Roche, Cosgrave, Ross, Kelly, Taylor-Quinn, Byrne, Cregan, O'Kennedy, Cotter and O'Sullivan as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senator Roche and Senator Cosgrave and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I have to rule the matter raised by Senator McGennis as not suitable for discussion on the Adjournment on the grounds of lack of ministerial responsibility. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
