I propose an amendment to the Order of Business:
That all Stages of the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill, 1998, which is item 3 (a) on the Supplementary Order Paper be taken today and that item 3 (b) on the Supplementary Order Paper: Motion for Earlier Signature of the Bill, be taken at the conclusion of item 3 (a). Spokespersons may speak for 15 minutes and all other speakers, ten minutes. Senators may share time.
